1. Introduction

Welcome to the MunchBlock Giveaway ("Giveaway") organized by Patrick Campbell ("Organizer"). By participating in this Giveaway, you ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide. There are no age restrictions; however, if you are considered a minor in your jurisdiction, you must obtain parental or guardian consent to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 29, 2025. The end date is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Enter

• Email Submission: Visit the official Giveaway website and enter your email address as prompted.

• Comment Requirement: Post a comment on the designated social media platforms:

  • YouTube: Comment on the specified videos on Patrick Campbell's YouTube channel.

• Survey Requirement: Fill out the survey sent via email.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

5. Selection and Notification of Winners

A total of at least 25 MunchBlocks are available to be awarded. Winners will be selected at random from eligible Participants who have fulfilled all entry requirements. Selection and notification of winners will occur at the Organizer's discretion.

• Notification: Winners will be notified by a direct reply to their social media comment or via the email address provided.

• Response Time: There is no set deadline for winners to claim their prize once notified; however, timely responses are appreciated.

6. Prizes

Each winner will receive one (1) MunchBlock. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Shipping: The Organizer will cover all costs associated with delivering the prize to winners within the Organizer's country of residence.

  • International Shipping: For winners outside the Organizer's country of residence, the Organizer reserves the right to require the winner to cover shipping costs. Any such charges will be communicated to the winner prior to shipment.

• Taxes and Duties: Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or other fees applicable in their jurisdiction.

7. Privacy

By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (e.g., email address) by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for future marketing communications related to Patrick Campbell's YouTube channel. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

11. Disputes

Any disputes arising under these Terms or related to the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Organizer resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
